The Capability Template lets you have an honest discussion about your inner feelings, to better understand the strengths and weaknesses of each member in your team, allowing for constructive growth.
How To:
Each player takes turns asking questions 1 and 2 in order, before taking turns answering three. The other player(s) answers the questions, before picking a card and making their personal connections as described here.
- My Strengths – begin by honestly listing everything you excel in.
- My Weaknesses – tell the other players things you wish to improve about yourself. Players may ask each other questions or discuss answers if they like.
- Things we can do to better collaborate – exchange views on the compromises each player can make to achieve a better environment for cooperation
Character
Gain insights into the personalities of yourself and your team, to determine the ways you affect each other both positively and negatively. Players will be guided through discussions to determine the compromises required for a stronger relationship with family members or colleagues.
How To:
Each player takes turns asking questions 1 and 2 in order, before taking turns answering 3. Between each question, players may each choose to turn over a card and make their connection, or agree to have one card for every member. Players move on to the next question only when everyone has shared their connection.
- Each player shares who they are. Their thoughts, personality, as well as how they view themselves as a person.
- Each player shares their honest views on the team, to determine the different feelings each has for the team.
- Discuss the things that make you a good team. Share your thoughts, feelings and ideas on how you can work and grow together as a group.
